Having trouble digesting cow milk? give goat milk yogurt a try! Goat milk has smaller fat globules, less lactose, and fewer allergenic proteins than cow milk, so it is easier for some people to digest. We don't add any thickeners or artificial ingredients to our yogurt. Our yogurt changes with the season and the goats' lactation cycle. It tends to be thinner in the spring, and gets thicker and thicker as we approach fall. We use Nigerian Dwarf milk in our yogurt, which is the dairy goat breed that produces milk with the highest butterfat, which makes our yogurt thicker and creamier than other goat milk yogurts you'll find.
