Strawberry Basil We use Turtle Rock Farm's Strawberry Basil Preserves, and it's DEEEEElicious!!! Especially yummy on crackers after dinner, or in dessert dishes.
Lemon Curd We teamed up with Turtle Rock Farm again to offer this amazing cheese. Jean uses Copper Tail Farm eggs and organic lemons to make this addicting curd. The challenge is getting the tub to last for more than one sitting!

Goat Milk Ricotta
We make a traditional, whole milk ricotta that is basket drained. It's firmer than ricotta you find in the store. It can be eaten on crackers, made into desserts, crumbled on pizza and salads, and in lasagna or pasta. SOOOO good! We offer a Plain and Fresh Herbs. Plain is unsalted, and Fresh Herbs sits on organic olive oil , organic herbs, and is lightly salted.
